Kevin MacWilliam

Kevin MacWilliam graduated from Vero Beach High School in 1982, earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida, earned his Juris Doctor from Saint Thomas University, and is currently earning his LLM in taxation. Kevin has been a member of the Florida Bar in good standing since 1993. Mr. MacWilliam served as an Assistant State Attorney, prosecuting both misdemeanor and felony crimes, in the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit from 1995 to 1998. He has been practicing civil law in the areas of juvenile law, workers’ compensation, personal injury, probate, wills, trusts, social security disability and real estate since 1998. Mr. MacWilliam also served on the City of Sebastian Planning and Zoning Commission and prosecuted code violations for the City of Sebastian. He and his wife grew up in Vero Beach and have four children.

Margaret Keys McCain

Margaret Keys McCain graduated from Vero Beach High School in 1986. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law. She has been a member of the Florida Bar in good standing since 1997. Maggie began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Indian River County prosecuting both misdemeanor and felony crimes from 1997 to 2000. She currently practices in the areas of family law, contract law, Baker Act and Marchman Act proceedings, juvenile law and criminal defense. She has completed the Florida Bar Mediation Training. She is currently serving as a mediator, and is awaiting certification as a Certified Florida Supreme Court Mediator. Maggie and her husband grew up in Vero Beach and they have two children.

Mark E. Hill

Mark Hill graduated from Brother Rice High School in Birmingham, Michigan, earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Central Michigan University and earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University. Mark has been a member of the Florida Bar in good standing since 1996. He served as a Staff Attorney for the Circuit Judges of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida from 1995 to 1997 where he handled all city or county administrative law appeals for the circuit during that time. He then came to Vero Beach and has practiced primarily family law, workers' compensation, and Social Security Disability. Mark is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator. Mark serves on the Board of Directors for the Indian River County Bar Association as an officer of the Board. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Substance Awareness Council of Indian River County. He and his wife have three children.
